進行方式：以論文閱讀及個案報告方式同時進行。每次由台美雙方輪流選一篇文，每位成員事先閱讀。同時討論會（透過網路電話與視訊）進行時由雙方輪流提出一個案例。討論是以在文獻與個案材料的聯想中進行。此小組目前的討論重點在身體化症狀、重大情緒困擾與困難個案的理解。
